Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Canada or the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • If an order is refused due to unpaid customs fees, TheBongVault will not be responsible for refunds or reshipping.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • TheBongVault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or to Cancel within 12 hours of placement unless already shipped. After this period, we may not be able to make changes.
